Irina Lenkova. I am moving and watching myself

IRINA LENKOVA. I AM MOVING AND WATCHING MYSELF
As a child, I loved to play hopscotch.
This game absorbed me completely, I was literally flying, felt no weight, no gravity, I found the balance
and could keep it during the succession of continuous movements.
I want to recall this feeling and the childhood game can help me. I will start moving.
Every step is a flashback, for body memory is a "repository of all skills and techniques, reproduction of previous experience is impossible without them"*.
Sequential movements will revive the scheme.
I am moving and watching myself.
The range of motions is getting me closer to the past.
My body becomes photography.
